Fast Track Physical Therapy is a local well known and respected therapy clinic owned and operated by Brian Horner, PT. We are conveniently located in Avon, IN. We provide physical and occupational therapy. With 18 years of P.T. practice experience and management in a variety of settings, Brian wanted to have a clinic were he could provide the best therapy to improve and maximize a patients performance and ability.
